The same standards apply to everyone, whether it is a one-month stay or a one-year lease:
- Verifiable income of 3× the rent — a pay stub, offer or assignment letter, benefit award letter, or bank statements
- Credit score of 650 or above
- No eviction judgments in the past five years
- A background check before move-in — everyone, every lease length
There is nothing to pay to book a viewing, and no application fee. If the room is
right, we send the application link afterwards. It runs through Innago, where the screening
company charges $35 for the credit and background check — paid to them, not
to us, and only once you have seen the room. Already have a credit report and a Rhode Island BCI
check from the last 90 days? Tell us first and we will use those instead, at no charge.
